The main material is polymer fiber. The tensile strength of the fabric is so high (3450mpa), the content, length and the lay form of the fabric are the key factors to affect the strength of the bracket. The strength of the thermosetting polymer composite material can be load in 30-1000mpa .so that we design the dosage of the fabric, length and lay form based on the production, process, tolerance and customer's demand and so on.
